It does not contain alprostadil, which is the ingredient most likely to cause penile aching in some men. For patients who experience discomfort with alprostadil, Bimix offers a gentler alternative that still produces reliable results through enhanced blood flow and smooth muscle relaxation.
Best for: Men who are sensitive to alprostadil or who experience aching with Trimix formulas that contain higher alprostadil concentrations.
3 Compounds
Trimix
Alprostadil + Papaverine + Phentolamine
Trimix is the most widely prescribed compounded injection therapy for ED. The three compounds work synergistically, with each one targeting a different mechanism involved in achieving and sustaining an erection. It is highly effective across a broad range of ED causes and is available in dozens of different concentrations and ratios depending on the individual patient's needs.
